The Altar Guild responsibilities
have been moved to the Worship and Music Committee. A contact is
charged with coordinating church members to serve as acolyte and/or
crucifer as well as share duties during worship services for
communion, parament placement, banners, and vestments
(acolyte/crucifer). The contact is either a member of the Worship
and Music Committee or a designee.
There are two sub-committee groups – Communion/Paraments
and Banners/Vestments. Duties for each committee are outlined in the
Altar Guild Handbook given to each member and also avail-able for
reference in the sacristy. If you are interested in serving on this
committee, please sign up on the Time and Talent Sheet or contact a
member of Worship and Music.
