This committee works all year long coordinating various events in the church
family:
Welcomes all visitors who attend services with a gift bag
Follow-up with visitors who sign guest register by way of a personal note,
phone call, and/or visit
Updates tri-fold church brochure
Sends letters to selected new residents (zip code) of the area inviting them
to worship with us
Follow-up with prayer requests
Run ad in newspaper stating times of services and any special services
Promotes card ministry to give information to acquaintances inviting them to
church
Works closely with the community lunch program
Twice a year, coordinates health screening with neighboring Trinity Methodist
through Lexington Hospital.

Bubblin Bobcat Chorus
Wednesday. December 16. OSLC hosted a Christmas free lunch.
Approximately 90 people enjoyed the meal while being
entertained by the Bubblin Bobcats chorus.
