In support of the Pastor and the Associate in Ministry, the committee works on an ongoing basis to plan and schedule the worship services of the congregation. The committee schedules the essential duties of ushers, lay readers, and greeters in support of the worship services. The Organist - Choir-master coordinates the music activities and service of the choir. The committee also coordinates the scheduling of donations of the altar flowers, and handles the special requirements for the donation of lilies for Easter and poinsettias for Christmas. For the Advent Season, committee members and other faithful volunteers decorate the sanctuary with greenery and the Chrismon Trees.
